CE Sessions: All Access

During APA 2025, the APA Office of Continuing Education in Psychology sponsors CE credit for select APA Division and governance group sessions. CE Sessions are one-credit programs on a wide range of topics.

This year you can choose from more than 200 in-person sessions taking place live at the Colorado Convention Center. You must register for and attend APA 2025 in-person to participate in these CE Sessions.

Eligibility for unlimited CE credit for All Access CE Sessions is included in the APA 2025 convention registration fee!

Select CE Sessions recorded at the Main and Feature Stages in Denver will be made available as on-demand videos for three months starting in September. Credits for on-demand CE Sessions are also included in your convention registration fee.

CE Sessions are targeted to professional psychologists obtaining CE credit for their respective licensing board. CE credits do not apply as school credits.

The deadline to claim in-person CE credits is October 1, 2025.

How to Attend CE Sessions and Claim Credit

You can claim CE credit online or on the APA 2025 mobile app. You will not receive a hardcopy evaluation of your CE certificate. Please claim credit by following the steps below.

Attend CE Sessions

  1. Scan the QR code on your badge when you enter the CE Session room.
  2. Attend the entire session. Partial credit is not awarded.
  3. Scan the QR code on your badge when you exit the session room. You must attend the entire session to receive CE credit.

CE Sessions are first-come, first-served and rooms may fill up, so, arrive early! If you attend back-to-back CE Sessions in the same room, be sure to exit and re-enter to re-scan your badge.

Claim CE Credit

  1. Log in to either the APA 2025 mobile app (to be released over the summer) or the Claim CE Credit website (which will open in the days prior to the convention).
  2. Before your first evaluation, select whether you want an APA CE Certificate or APA New York CE Certificate.
  3. Complete the CE Evaluation for each session that you fully attended.
  4. Download or email yourself your certificate. Your CE certificate is cumulative, so you can wait until you have finished earning credits to save it.

Earning CE Credit for On-Demand CE Sessions

Miss a Main Stage or Feature Stage CE Session that you wanted to see? You can still earn CE credit with our on-demand option! With your All Access registration for APA 2025, you can earn on-demand CE credit for recorded CE Sessions from the Main Stage and Feature Stage that you missed in Denver. To earn credit for on-demand sessions, participants must watch the entire on-demand video, pass a CE Quiz (75% or better with two attempts), and complete the CE Evaluation. Recordings will be available to registrants for three months starting in September and closing on December 3, 2025.

Refund Policy

CE Sessions are included in the convention registration fee. View the APA 2025 convention refund policy.
