Exhibit Options, Pricing,
and Specifications

The APA 2025 Solutions Center includes two exhibit space options:

Option 1

Standard Booth, 10'x10'

Standard booths are those that are not one of the eight (8) Tech & Innovation Hub booths.

           
Booth Prices: $3,100, $2,800, $2,500, $2,100

Exhibit space prices are based on booth location.

Option 2

Technology & Innovation Hub Booth, 10'x10'

A total of eight (8) booths are available in the Tech & Innovation Hub—an area designated for the display of technology- and innovation-related products/services in the field of psychology. Exhibitors with such displays have the option to secure exhibit space in this area, but they are not required to do so.


Like Standard booth assignments, Tech & Innovation Hub booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis per the date and time that APA receives the exhibit space application.


Booth Price: $2,800

Booth Prices Include:

  • Booth Frame (pipe and drape)
  • 2-Line ID sign (includes Company Name, Booth Number, City, and State) 
  • Four (4) complimentary exhibitor registrations/badges that provide access to all APA 2025 programming except those with an associated fee (e.g., CE Workshops) 
  • Exhibitor Lounge with complimentary morning and afternoon beverages on August 7, 8, and 9. 
  • General Liability insurance through Rainprotection Insurance. See below for coverage and limits. Rainprotection Insurance does not include coverage related to worker’s compensation, theft or damage of exhibitor property, displays, or fixtures, including during transit to and from the event location. Rainprotection Insurance does provide property damage liability coverage should the exhibitor cause damage to someone else's property. Ref. Insurance section of the APA 2025 Rules and Regulations. 
  • Solutions Center security. 24-hour security is provided during the entire APA 2025 exhibit period, including exhibitor move-in and move-out.
    NOTE: Neither APA nor the Colorado Convention Center is liable for, or carries insurance on, exhibitor property, displays, or fixtures. Exhibitors are responsible for carrying insurance coverage on their property, including transit to and from the event location. 
  • General cleaning of public areas in the APA Solutions Center such as aisles and lounges 

Insurance

General Liability Insurance 

Included in APA 2025 booth pricing is Commercial Liability insurance through Rainprotection Insurance. The coverage period is August 7-9, 2025, and includes the following coverage and limits: 


  • General Aggregate - $2,000,000.00 
  • Each Occurrence - $1,000,000.00 
  • Products / Completed Operations - $1,000,000.00 
  • Personal/Advertising Injury: - $1,000,000.00 
  • Damage to Rented Premises (Fire Damage) - $ 300,000.00 
  • Host Liquor - Included 
  • Deductible - None 


Property Insurance 

APA 2025 booth pricing does not include insurance coverage related to theft or damage of exhibitor property, displays, or fixtures, including transit to and from the event location. Exhibitors and/or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives are responsible for insurance coverage for their property. APA will provide security guard service throughout the entire event, including the official periods of exhibit installation and dismantling. However, the furnishing of such a service is in no case to be understood or interpreted by exhibitors as a guarantee against loss or theft of any kind. Neither APA nor the Colorado Convention Center is liable for theft of or damage to exhibitor property. 


Third Party Liability Insurance for Contract Labor 

Exhibitors that secure third party labor for installation and/or dismantlement of their exhibit booth space are required to provide APA with a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance no later than August 1, 2025. Send to: Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org. 


Worker’s Compensation Insurance 

APA 2025 booth pricing does not include Worker’s Compensation insurance. Exhibitors and/or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives shall maintain Worker’s Compensation as required in Seattle and/or by the Seattle Convention Center. 

Booth Prices Do Not Include:

  • Booth Carpet (NOTE: booth carpet or flooring is required by APA) 
  • Booth Furnishings 
  • Nightly vacuuming of booth 
  • Trash removal in booth 
  • Booth decoration, drayage, WiFi, A/V, booth catering, etc. Orders for these and other services may be placed via the “OneView” Exhibitor Portal provided by Fern Exposition Services.
  • Insurance coverage related to theft or damage of exhibitor property, displays, or fixtures, including during transit to and from the event location. s

Exhibit Booth Specifications and Display Regulations

Booth dimensions for the APA 2025 Solutions Center are believed to be accurate but may be approximate. All booths are 10'x10'. The allowable floor load is 350 lbs. per square foot.


Exhibit displays must provide adequate see-through visibility to neighboring exhibitors. Walls, partitions, signs, decorations, or any other displays may not be erected or positioned in ways that obstruct sight lines to neighboring exhibitors. Tall displays may not be placed in the front of a booth and must be placed within 5’ of the back of the booth. 


NOTE: Exhibitors that wish to use any non-standard booth equipment, signs, decorations, or display arrangements that in any way conflict with these regulations may not do so without prior review and approval by APA convention management and must submit by June 13, 2025, two (2) copies of a proposed booth layout/rendering that is detailed to include dimensions of proposed display(s).

Linear (in-line) Booth

Linear (in-line) booths are 10'x10'. The maximum allowable height is 8' in the back and 4' on the sides. Displays may not in any way obstruct the line of sight to neighboring exhibitors.


Displays that are more than 4' in height must be confined to the area of the exhibit booth that is within 5' of the back of the booth.

Corner Booth

Corner booths are linear booths located at the end of a series of in-line booths with exposure to intersecting aisles on two sides. All guidelines for linear booths apply to corner booths. 


Exhibitors that secure corner booth space have the option of eliminating the pipe and drape railing on the aisle side but may not eliminate the pipe and drape divider that separates their booth from the neighboring linear (in-line) booth.

Linear (in-line) Booth and Corner Booth

End-Cap Booth

End-Cap booths are generally 10' deep by 20' wide and exposed to aisles on three sides. The maximum back wall height allowed is 8' and the maximum back-wall width allowed is 10' at the center of the back-wall with a maximum 5' height on the two side aisles. Within 5' of the two side aisles, the maximum height for any display materials is 4'.  


Exhibitors that secure end-cap booth space must submit by June 13, 2025, two copies of a proposed booth layout/rendering that is detailed to include all dimensions of proposed display(s). Submit to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org.

End-Cap Booth

Island Booth

An island booth is any size booth that is exposed to aisles on all four sides. The maximum height for an island booth is 20' — which includes overhead hanging signage, if used. The maximum dimensions for overhead hanging signage are 10' wide by 4' high, and the 20' booth height maximum is measured from the top of the sign.  


Exhibitors that secure island booth space must submit by June 13, 2025, two copies of a proposed booth layout/rendering that is detailed to include all dimensions of proposed display(s). Submit to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org.

Island Booth

Peninsula Booth

Typically, a peninsula booth is 20' by 20' or larger. When a peninsula booth backs up to two linear booths, the back wall is restricted to 4' high within 5' of each aisle, permitting adequate line of sight for the adjoining linear booths. The maximum height for a peninsula is 16', including signage for the center portion of the back wall. Double-sided signs, hanging signage, logos and graphics shall be set back 10' from adjacent booths. The maximum dimensions for overhead hanging signage are 10' wide by 4' high, and the 16' booth height maximum is measured from the top of the sign.


Exhibitors that secure peninsula booth space must submit by June 13, 2025, two copies of a proposed booth layout/rendering that is detailed to include all dimensions of proposed display(s). Submit to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org.
